    1. Heat 1 tb spoon pure ghee in a karahi and add wheat flour and roast on low flame for 5 minutes. Remove it in a plate.
    2. Heat 1 tb spoon ghee add Gram flour roast for 5 minutes in low flame. Remove it in a plate.
    3. Similarly add 1 tb spoon ghee roast all purpose flour for 5 minutes and remove it in a plate.
    4. Take 1 tb spoon ghee in a karahi roast semolina for 5 minutes and remove it in a plate.
    5. Take a pan heat water add saffron water, sugar dry fruit and cardamom powder, mix and boil.
    6. Now mix roasted all purpose flour, wheat, besan and semolina. Keep stirring till ghee separates.
    7. Serve burma halwa garnished with sliced almonds.
