    5. after an hr that the pork has been in the salt/water bowl take it out rinse it and poke wholes over it and add the seasoning you made earlier
    6. leave it in the fridge overnight (optional).
    7. bake 375ยฐF covered for 4-5 hrs and uncovered for another 2 hrs
    8. if you want to make 2 just double the seasoning.
