    1. Heat kadai, after heat kadai put oil, after heat oil put curry leaves and chopped onion stir well still it come golden brown colour….after put ginger garlic paste stir well still it raw smell gone….. then put chopped tomato stir well still it well cooked consistency…
    2. After put turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt stir well still raw smell gone…after put some quantity of water and still well……
    3. After take some cooked masala and fill inside of kada/ quail….
    4. After put kada / quail put in to kadai stir well still masala fully applied to kada/ quail…..
    5. Put some quantity of water in to kadai after close kadai with lid……After 5 minutes open and mix…..again it close with lid…. again after 5minutes open and mix well….again close with lid….. After 5 minutes open stir well and still it come dry….. after dry it ready to serve…..
