- Mash the banana and add it to the mixture, then add the palm sugar
- Then, add the butter then mix it well for about 15min until the texture is soft and thick
- Lastly add the baking soda and let the dough rest for another 10min
- Preheat the oven at 180°c while waiting for the dough to rest
- Get a spoon of dough for each cookies onto the baking pan
- Bake the cookies for 15-20min, then remove from the oven once it's done
- Serve it hot for your afternoon tea / coffee. You can add Choco spread and simply sprinkle some icing sugar on top. Enjoy!
