    1. Take oats in a food processor and process it to fine - flour. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
    2. Drain the chickpeas into a strainer and save the liquid.
    3. Take the chickpeas, salt, garlic, and onion powder into the - food processor; and pulse until crumbly. Keep mixture in the food processor.
    4. Whisk the chickpea liquid until foamy. Now add this foamy liquid with processed oat flour into the food processor and mix well until the mixture starts rolling and forms a ball.
    5. Take small portions of lemon size balls and shape each into - nuggets.
    6. Coat with the mixture of breadcrumbs, chilli, flakes and - Italian herbs(optional).
    7. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
    8. Bake prepared nuggets until crispy for 15 to 20 minutes.
    9. Chickpea Nuggets are ready to serve. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
