    1. Dry roast quinoa for few minutes. Soak in water for at least 2 hours.

    3. Pour this grinded quinoa mixture in bowl. Add besan,all chopped vegetables,cummin seeds,salt. Mix well.
    4. Grease 4 cavities of mini nonstick tawa with oil. Pour 3 tsp of prepared quinoa veggies batter in each cavity.
    5. Sprinkle little oil on each chilla.Cook till lower side is crisp golden brown and flip them. Cook till other side turns crispy golden brown.
    6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Quinoa Mini Chilla with any spicychutney of your choice.
