    1. In a mixer jar > add boiled chickpeas, mint leaves and 2 green chillies. Add a little salt and grind all these together to make a thick paste. Add water if necessary.
    2. Shift the mixture into a bowl. Now add finely chopped ginger, garlic, chopped onions, chopped capsicum, chopped cabbage and grated carrot.
    3. Mix all the ingredients together. Add poha or oats if the consistency is loose.
    4. Heat a pan and grease with butter/oil.
    5. Shape the mixture into tikkis and fry them either side in the oil.
    6. Once cooked on both the sides take them into a plate and serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
