    1. In a bowl take wheat flour, ghee, black cardamom powder, sugar and salt and then mash it well to make khasta.
    2. Then slowly add required quantity of water to make a dough.
    3. Make equal parts of the dough and press with your hand to make cookies like shape.
    4. Then beat the curd and brush it on the cookies.
    5. Then press cashew nuts and almonds on it.
    6. Sprinkle sugar and poppy seeds on them.
    7. Heat a pan and add sufficient ghee in it and then deep fry the flattened cookies in it in low flame.
    8. Fry them till they become golden brown in colour and fry all the cookies one after another.
    9. After cooling down sprinkle the sugar powder over it.
    10. Now your sacred Roths are ready.
