Instructions
Instructions to make Kashmiri Pulao:
Take a heavy bottom vessel, heat ghee in low - medium flame. Then add Bay leaves, star aniseed, cumin, cardamom and saute well then add cashew nuts and resins and saute it well.
Then add chopped Onion and saute it till it changes it's colour to golden then add ginger and garlic paste and saute it well.
Now add all the chopped veggies and mix it well and cook for 5-7 minutes on the high flame.
Add salt as required then add boiled rice in the Vessel and mix well and cover and cook it for few seconds.
Then add boiled chickpea, Sprouted Green gram, sweet corn seeds, and saute it then add all the spices and fruits and green spices (mentioned above) into it and allow it to cook for few seconds. Then add 1 Tbsp honey and saffron and mix it well and switch off the flame and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Serve it with curry and salad
