Mix all the ingredients together and knead to form a dough and allow it to rest for 10minutes.
Cut the Dough into six pieces into equal sizes.Bring out one of the dough, On a working surface sprinkle some flour and roll it to make a round shape.
Using a brush rub some oil on it and sprinkle some flour then repeat the same procedure with the remaining dough until you're done with all the dough then sprinkle some flour and roll it very well
Put your frying pan on fire and place the sheets on top and flip after 2-3mins.Use a round medium plate to trim the edges.Use a knife and cut it into four then separate the sheets slowly then combine 2tbsp of flour and water to form a sticky paste
Add the samosa fillings and form a cone.Use your finger and dip inside the paste and paint on the sides of your samosa sheet then fold
Once you're done heat oil and deep fry the samosa in the oil
