    3. Ache se mix krne ke baad 15 mins tak low flame par cover kar ke pkne dein.
    4. 15 mins ke baad open karein aur 7 mins ache se phenten.
    5. 7 mins phentne ke baad flame off karein aur 1 cup thanda pani shamil kar ke 10 mins mazeed phenten.
    6. 10 mins phentne ke baad flame dobara on karein aur 5 mins cover kar ke pkne dein taake jo thanda pani shamil kiya tha, uska kacha pan khatam hojaye.
    7. 5 mins pakne ke baad open karein aur 2 mins mazeed phentne ke baad flame off krden aur kehwe ko side par rakh dein.
    8. Ab flame par dobara pan rakhen aur 1 litre tetra pack milk shamil karein.
    9. Ubaal ane par cheeni shamil karein aur ache se mix krlen.
    10. Ab 1 cup ya aap jitni tez chai peete hein utna strain kiya hua kehwa shamil karein aur 5 mins tak tez flame par pkaen aur sath sath phent'te bhi rahen.
    11. 5 mins pkane ke baad flame off krden aur piste badam se garnish kar ke serve karein.
