In a bowl. Combine wheat flour, ajwain seeds, onion seeds, 1 tbsp oil and salt. Mix properly. Then add enough water and knead a dough. Keep aside for 3 minutes.
Heat kadai and dry roast the oats till light brown in colour. Don't burn it.
From the dough make a small size ball. Roll it like a chapati. Cut it horizantally, divide into 2 equal portion using a knife. Make a cone. Stuffed 1 tbsp prepared samosa masala into the cone.Close the edges tightly. Fry the samosa till light brown in colour. Once it is done.
