Soak quinoa in water.after mix it well in mixture.add bread crums and salt and made dov.
Take paneer,crush it and add salt and black pepper.put this masala in small pieces balls of quinoa dov.made kofta of it.fry it in kadhai.
For Gravy,made the gravy of kofta in kadhai
Put onion,ginger,Garlic paste in kadhai oil,put masala,malai,kothambir baked it on the Gas.
When gravy fully baked than put quinoa koftas in gravy.decorate with crushed paneer. Very healthy receipe.
