    Instructions

Instructions to make Pork & mushroom casserole:

    1. First I preheat the oven at 350 & then I brown the pork chops in a sauce pan and add salt and pepper but that’s optional
    2. I put the pork chops in my casserole dish and dice up my ingredients. I prefer to use all fresh ingredients but I’m using canned mushrooms and corn this time.
    3. In the same pan I fry the onions with some garlic because I think caramelized onions taste better and if I had fresh mushrooms I would fry those too but you can skip this step.
    4. Then I put all the veggies on top of the pork chops and mince more garlic because we love garlic. I also never use the whole can of corn because it’s just to much in my opinion
    5. Now I’m going to throw a cup of rice on top of everything
    6. Now I’m going to take the two cans of mushroom soup and mix one in a bowl with some water so it’s not a thick blob and more runny and repeat with the other can. You can use milk to if you want.
    7. Now cover with tin foil and bake for 2 hours on 350. I will also check it in an hour to make sure it’s not dry and if it is then I add another can of soup and water.
