    1. Make ready 600 gms flour
    2. Prepare 2 tsp granulated sugar
    3. Make ready 2 tsp instant dry yeast
    4. Make ready 60 ml oil
    5. Make ready 1 tbsp salt
    6. Make ready 450 ml warm water
    7. Make ready 3 big garlic minced cloves
    8. Take 2 tbsp dry herbs (origano,rosemary)
    9. Take 1 tsp chilli flakes
    10. Prepare 100 gms bell pepers/ capcicum

    Instructions to make Focaccia Bread:

    1. Prepare the Dough: whisk half of the water, 2 tsp yeast, together in a bowl. cover and allow to rest for five minutes. Then add remaining water, oil, salt, flour and make a nice smooth and soft dough. poke it with your finger if it bounces back your dough is ready to rise, if not then it needs more kneading.
    2. Let the dough rise: lightly grease a large bowl with oil, place the dough in the bowl. coat the dough with oil and cover the bowl with a damp towel and keep it in a warm place for 2 hr if u r in hurry heat your oven at 65C and keep the dough inside for about 30 mins.
    3. Prepare the toppings: Take 3 tbsp of oil add minced garlic, herbs and chilli flakes mix well and cut the bell peppers into medium slices.
    4. Take a baking tray grease it very well. take that dough and Knead it lightly and roll it and flatten it placed it in the tray. the dough should be evenly spread.
    5. Apply the herb garlic oil on the top of the dough spread the herb and garlic nicely, spread the sliced bell pepper nicely on the dough.
    6. Rest the tray for some time to rise it again u can also put inside the oven at 65C to fast rise.
    7. After rising of the dough bake it on 235C about 20-30 mins untill lightly brown on the top.
    8. After taking out the bread brush it with that left over herb oil.
    9. Serve it warm.
