    Instructions

    Steps to make Vegetable Focaccia sandwich - Subway style:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till it is lightly cooked.
    2. Now add in bell peppers and veggies(except lettuce) and toss well. - Cook for 2 minutes to retain the colour and crunch.
