    11. Take 1 bag sharp cheddar cheese
    12. Make ready 1/2 stick butter
    13. Take 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers

    Place flour in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess. In the same skillet, saute mushrooms in the remaining butter until tender. Add the sherry or broth, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper.

    1. Boil chicken in 2 cups of water with 2 tsp Chicken Bouillon. Cook chicken until ALMOST done. It will finish cooking in the oven. Shred chicken once cooled and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl Mix Cream cheese and soups
    3. Add spices, mix well.
    4. Added Asparagus, mix well.
    5. Add Rice, mix well
    6. Add Chicken, mix well
    7. Add cheese, leaving some for topping. Mix well.
    8. Spoon Mixture in a greased casserole dish and bake for 30 min @ 350
    9. In a pan, melt 1/2 stick butter with 1/4 tsp of chicken bouillon and add crushed Ritz Crackers. Remove once crackers are moistened and set aside.
    10. Top casserole with Crackers and Shredded Cheese and bake til cheese is melted. About 25 min.
    11. Serve and Enjoy!

    Remove the chicken from the skillet. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until tender. Add mushrooms, garlic and a pad of butter to the chicken liquid and cook down until the the mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
