    4. Cover bowl with cling film and rest dough for 30 minutes or till dough is double in size. - With oily hands, gently make random indentations on the dough.
    5. 1 tbsp olive oil drizzle on top of the dough. Place chopped pepper and olive on the top. Lastly sprinkle some dry oregano and sea salt and chilli flakes.
    6. Bake in preheated one at 200 Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
    7. Cool the focaccia on a rack for 30 minutes. Slice and enjoy as is or cut in half and make sandwiches out of it.
