    2. Then add in the flour and stir using a spatulla till it comes together,then with greased hands transfer to a floured surface and knead till you get a smooth and elastic dough.
    3. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with kling film and allow to rise till doubled in size.Then grease a baking tray with oil and transfer the dough to the tray,cover with kling film and allow to rest for about 10 to 20 mins.
    4. Then using your fingers spread the dough to cover the tray then cover and allow to proof for 1hr or until doubled.Using oiled fingers prick the dough all over, drizzle some oil all over the dough then sprinkle with rosemary and mixed herbs. Add your toppings and sprinkle some salt all over.
    5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 15 mins then rotate the pan and bake for another 7-10 mins.Cool the bread for 10mins then drizzle some oil, cut into squares and serve.
