    14. Fry it in slow flame.
    15. It can be baked also.we made it with rice flour.we knead it by mixing 2 Tsp oil,salt,cumin,rub it.knead it with the help of water.then roll it in circles,cut it in the center.fold it like samosa.it create some problem during folding.please take care,keep it some thick.
    16. Fill it with prepared mixture.fry it in medium flame till golden.
    17. Serve it hot_ hot with chutney or sauce.
