    1. Heat oil in kadai add chopped onion, add black pepper powder, Grated Paneer, and mix well add oregano and take out from the heat.Now grate 3-4 processed cheese and mix well.
    2. Now in bowl take two cup of flour 1/4 tsp of carom seeds, salt to taste crumble and mix well making sure the dough holds shape.add ½ water and start to knead the dough. Make the doe tight. grease the dough with oil, cover and rest for 20 minutes.
    3. After 20 minutes, knead the dough again. roll the dough and cut the rolled roti into half. Make a cone with help of water. Stuff the filling inside the somasa cone.Grease little water on the edges.heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the samosa on a low flame. Fry the samosa on low flame for at least 15 minutes. Once the samosa turns golden and crisp, drain off in a tissue paper.
    4. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
