    7. Prepare 5 strips green chillies
    8. Prepare 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    9. Take 1 tsp salt
    10. Make ready 1 tsp turmeric
    11. Prepare coriander leaves 1/4 cup
    12. Get 1 tbsp aamchur powder
    13. Make ready 4 tbsp olive oil

    Instructions

    Steps to make Aloo - Carrot Tikki:

    1. Mash boiled potatoes with potato masher.
    2. Now, add grated carrots, paneer, bread crumbs, all purpose flour, red chilli andโ€‹ amchur powder, salt, turmeric powder, corn starch, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix everything very well to make a dough.
    3. Divide the mixture into small or medium shaped tikkis. Apply some oil on your palms when making the patties or tikkis.
    4. Heat oil till its medium hot in a tava or a shallow frying pan. gently place the aloo tikkis and pan fry them.
    5. When one side of tikki becomes golden and crisp, turn over and fry the other side of tiki, flip them couple of times and crisp evenly.
    6. Once done, then drain the aloo tikkis on paper towels to remove excess oil.
    7. Serve aloo - carrots tikki with ketchup, coriander chutney or tamarind chutney. Enjoy!!!
