Take 400 gm boiled Potatoes
Take 2 tablespoon cornflour
Take 100 gm chopped paneer

Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
Make ready 1 tsp Chat masala powder
Prepare leaves Coriander

Take 1 bowl Curd
Make ready Sev for garnishing
Prepare 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
Take 2 tablespoon chopped onion
Take 2 cup white peas (soak in water for 5-6 hours)
Instructions
Instructions to make Aloo Tikki:
First of all we will drain water from peas and wash it once now we will have pressure cooker put all peas in cooker and add water accordingly now add salt as per ur taste. Now give 2 –3 whistle and now turn off the gas.
Now open the pressure cooker and take a pan add, 1 spoon ghee add some cumin seeds when it start to crackle add boiled peas add some chat masala. And cook for 5 minutes more on medium flame as it already boiled. Now it's ready
Now we will peel off all boiled potatoes
Now mash the boiled potaoes properly using potato masher if u want to use grater u can use it is all depend on your comfort bt make sure. Ther should not be any lumps.
Add cornflour to the mashed potatoes add salt accordind ur taste, chat mqsala, now add some fresh coriander leaves
Now mix the dough very well till cornflour very well mixed make the dough of patatoes and keep aside.
To make the filling heat up one tbsp oil in the pan add chopped ginger and chopped coriander leaves To it cook for a minute and add chopped green chilles
, Now add salt chopped pander raisins. Cook for 4, 5 minutes and keep aside.
Now we will give shape from patsies dough of Rikki. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, grease the palm of your hand with oil or ghee, Now flatten the dough and in the center place the spoon full of pander filling.
Now close the dough and bring it back in center so that filling is enclosed in the Rikki like wise make the all also tikkis
Now heat 4-5 table spoon oil in pan, when the oil is heated through. Turn the flame low - medium and now shallow fry the also Rikki while pressing with the help of spatula time to time till u get perfect golden brown crispy also tikki
Now to assemble the, you can serve Rikki in bowl as per ur comfort and choice.
First of all add a big spoonful of curd in which we have add salt. Place the tikki over it. And drizzle some more curd.
Now we will topping of tikki with sweet tamarind chutney and spicy and tangy green chutney,onion sprinkle chat masala, red chilli powder and finally some sev. Pomegranate seeds Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
