Take 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) grated
Make ready 2 tsp chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves
Make ready 1 tbls fried kaju into tiny pieces
Make ready 1 tbsp raisins

Instructions
Instructions to make Aloo Nazakat:
Peel wash the potatoes.keep in water. scoop out the insides of the potatoes leaving a shell all around.
Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes till golden.fry scooped potatoes also. Drain extra oil by napkin.
For the stuffing, put the cottage cheese into a bowl. Add salt, the chaat masala, remaining fresh coriander, green chilies kaju, rasinis and chopped & roasted potato slices. Mix well.. Set aside.
Mix the ingredients meant for the marinade with the whisked yogurt and set aside.

Stuff the potato with the cottage cheese mixture. Apply marinade around litigation cover all sides.
Leave it fir 1/2an hour. Grease a baking tray. Arrange the stuffed potatoes on the baking tray and bake for 15-20minutes. Flip other side and apply little oil. Bake another 5 minutes or till crispy
Cut into halves and serve with chutney ir sauce as starter.
