    1. Peel the potatoes and give them cylindrical shape by slicing the sides
    2. Keep aside the peeled potato slices for Frying
    3. Scoop the cylindrical potatoes in the centre
    4. Deep fry the scooped potatoes in oil
    5. Deep fry the sliced potatoes
    6. Stuffing Ingredients - sliced fried potatoes,chutney, chopped kaju kismis,chaat masala, little salt - mash the ingredients in a bowl and add grated paneer to it - The chaat masala & chutney gives it the chaat flavour.

    8. Add ghee to a frying pan and shallow fry the stuffed potatoes from both sides
    9. GRAVY - In a kadai mix oil & ghee and add onion,ginger & garlic paste, add red chilli powder,salt & turmeric powder and fry well.
    10. Once the masala is cooked add kaju paste to it and stir well. Fry for some time then add some water. Gravy is ready.
    11. Plating - In a flat add the gravy and place the stuffed potatoes in it. Garnish with some fried cashews.
