    1. Cut small and thin strips of potatoes with skin… like for french fries… soak in water and keep aside for 10 mins. Then clean properly and drain water.
    2. Heat mustard oil in a kadhai and then add panch foran let it splutter.. then add the potato strips, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder and 1 onion sliced.fry till golden… stir continuously on high flame.. remove the potatoes on a plate and keep aside
    3. Remove excess oil from the kadhai… just keep 1tsp oil in it. Then add chopped onions and chillies and saute till light pink. Add chopped tomatoes and stir, then add paneer, sprinkle some salt and pepper and stir for 2 mins
    4. Then add the fried potatoes to it and mix all… garnish some chopped coriander and serve hot with roti or paratha
