    1. Make ready 250 gms Peas
    2. Get 1 tbsp ghee
    3. Prepare 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
    4. Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds

    6. Prepare 1 cardamom (kutti)
    7. Get 3 tomato puree
    8. Get 2 tsp coriander powder
    9. Get 1 tsp red Kashmiri chilli powder
    10. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    11. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
    12. Make ready 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
    13. Take 1.5 tsp Sugar
    14. Make ready 2 tbsp Khoya grated
    15. Take 2 tsp cream
    16. Take to taste Salt
    17. Make ready as required Water i have used (3 cups)
    18. Prepare as required Coriander leaves for garnish

    Instructions

    Steps to make Mava Matar:

    1. First boiled peas. After boiled transfer in cold water.
    2. Heat ghee in a pan add Asafoetida, cumin seeds splutter it. Add grated ginger and cardamom saute it.
    3. When ginger and cardamom saute well add tomato pure cook 2 mins in low flame.
    4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,red chiiy, kitchen king masala mix well. Cook till oil spreads.
    5. Add sugar mix well.Then add khoya cook 3 min till oil spreads.
    6. Then add cream cook 1 min. Add water and salt mix well. Then add boiled peas and salt cook 8 to 10 mins in slow flame.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
