Take 2 Cups thin flattened rice (patla poha)

Prepare 1/2 inch ginger piece
Get 2 Green chillies

Steps to make Aloo Mutter Paneer in Poha Packets:
Wash flattened rice (poha) and strain..Now squeeze all water, add little salt and knead dough. Apply little oil to ur hands and give smooth finish to dough. Cover with lid and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Dry roast fennel, 1 t spoon cumin and cloves and then grind it to powder. Also grind ginger and green chillies and make paste.
To make stuffing: Heat 2 tb spoons oil in wok or pan..Add 1 t spoon cumin, add ginger chilli paste, Saute for 30 seconds.. Add 2/4 cup boiled Green peas, mashed potato and cottage cheese (paneer)… Now add Salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, (fennel, cloves and cumin powder,) coriander powder, black pepper powder and feshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix well for 1 min and then keep it aside to cool.
Now pull small ball from the poha dough.. apply oil to the rolling board keep the ball on it and roll with the rolling pin. Do not apply too much pressure. Put 1 tb spoon of stuffing in the centre fold and seal it from all four sides.
Now heat a pan and shallow fry poha packets by just brushing little oil on both sides. Shallow fry it untill it's golden brown and crisp.
For serving: Heat 1/2 2tb spoon oil in pan add sesame seeds and 1/4 cup boiled Green peas.. add salt, black pepper powder and chat masala. Saute for 30 sec and garnish it on top of poha packets along with some crumbled cottage cheese.
