    2. Now add to the Paneer,Salt Per taste,chopped Green Chillies,coriander,Herbs,chilli flakes and noow your stuffing is ready.
    3. Now peel the skin of the Potatoes.The Potatoes must be medium sized.
    4. Slice the potato to be medium thick.
    5. Take a chip and add about 1 tsp Of the Stuffing and cover it with another chip in top.
    6. Keep aside.
    7. Take the Bengal Gram Flour and add to it salt,cooking soda,Ajwain,1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder and add a little water to make the consistency of the batter to be like one of Pakoda.
    8. Now take the stuffed potato slices and dip them in the batter.
    9. Now fry it in Medium Hot oil till crispy.
    10. Now it's ready and you may serve with any preferred dip.
