    1. Put mashed potatoes in a bowl, add red chilli,garam masala, chaat masala and salt and mix well.
    2. With a deep square cutter cut paneer into a long square shape. Further cut the square shape into thick slices.
    3. Mix together maida flour, gram flour and salt in another bowl. Add sufficient water and whisk to make a smooth and thick batter.
    4. Mix semolina and breadcrumbs in another bowl.
    5. Spread a little flour batter over each paneer slice.
    6. Divide potato mixture into small equal square. Place one potato balls on one paneer slice and cover with another slice and press slightly.
    7. Spread the flour batter all around the sandwiches, roll them in breadcrumb mixture so that they are well coated.
    8. Heat the gas and put the oil in a non-stick pan. Put them in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
    9. Place them on a serving plate, garnish with tomato sauce and coriander leaves and serve hot.
