    1. In a bowl add 1cup of flour and 2tbsp of ghee.
    2. Knead a dough with water.
    3. Now roll it with rolling pin.
    4. Now Roast it on tawa. From both sides.
    5. After cooling a bit.. Churn it..
    6. And mash with your hands by rubbing… add cardamom powder, sugar and remaining ghee.
    7. Again mash and mix.
    8. Ready to serve.Serve hot.

    I never make roti or chappatis extra but whenever I have plans of any of this leftover chapatti recipe I make extra chapattis. Break rotis into small parts and grind finely using a mixer. Once the oil is heated,add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder. Dal-Bati-Churma is a well known meal combination in all north Indian homes.
