    1. set the grill at Med/High heat. Maintain a 450ยฐF temperature
    2. melt the 1/2 stick of butter with the chicken stock.
    3. remove melted butter and chicken stock from stove. Add the 16oz of Coors Lite
    4. take the empty Coors Lite can and fill it 3/4 full with the stock, melted butter, and beer.
    5. insert can into the cavity of the chicken. once in the chicken it should be in an up right position
    6. take olive oil and rub the skin of the chicken
    7. once olive oil is on the skin you can coat with salt, pepper, and any other flavor spices you like on your chicken
    8. the remainder Of beer broth should be dumped into the foil pan
    9. In the top opening of the chicken add your fresh herbs into the cavity
    10. set on grill making sure the can does not tip over
    11. baste chicken once an hour. the keys to cooking this right is maintaining the heat.
    12. again it is important to keep the grill lid closed. your going to want to keep checking it BUT DONT OPEN THE LID!
    13. your chicken should be done in 2 1/2 to 3 hours. if you use a perdue chicken the Popper will pop when done
    14. Your chicken should be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside
