    Steps to make Burmese Khowsey:

    1. Boil noodles spegatti by adding salt.
    2. Mix gram flour with coconut milk mix in blender or by hand add water 2 glass and cook strip continuous when it get boiled add turmeric and salt
    3. Blend onion into paste cook chicken cubes into ginger garlic and add onion paste then Cook well add tomato puree chilli sauce red chilli powder turmeric salt soya sauce and vinegar and cook well
    4. Cut all the condiments fried garlic onion chopped spring onion green part only, boiled egg, and slims chips, chopped coriander and lemon
    5. Heat oil add one table spoon of red chilli flakes one table spoon soya sauce one table spoon veniger and just stir don't burnt turn off flame.
    6. Mix every thing put noodles add curry add chicken curry put all toppings add oil sauce and yummy khowsey is ready
